Outsourcing Business, who deploy their employees to work for clients. Management, HR, Sales, and Oursource Staff will have different roles and accesses and can dynamically be modified based on your business' needs.

Yes, in fact, most Outsource Staff will have our apps installed on their mobile device to perform operations like clock-in/clock-out, request leave, report their task, view payslip, etc.

Our server employs robust security measures and follows the international standard to ensure your information remains protected. With data encryption and granular access controls, we can ensure only your authorized user can view or modify the data based on their role and responsibilities. 

Our basic package has a limit of 200 of your outsourced employees, however, as you grow and need more people, you can add more employees for additional cost per employee or simply upgrade the package to have more features in the HROS system.

No, your company will run as if nothing has happened. We assist the Data Migration to securely transfer your existing employee data to the HROS, then match-up and train your users on how to use the HROS.

We simplify and automate repetitive tasks like onboarding, leave request, payroll calculation. Reducing manual work means reducing human error in the process and improving efficiency of the operations workflow.

We have regular backups on our server a few times a day. We keep the backups for two years, once it passes the date, we automatically delete it.
